1. Developer and scope
Etherborne Studios is an independent game development brand used by an individual developer publishing through a personal Google Play developer account. This document covers the website at etherbornestudios.com and messages sent to its contact addresses. Each game has a separate policy below.
Developer review required: the publisher’s legal name must be confirmed before this draft becomes effective.
2. Website information and how it is collected
The production website uses Google Analytics 4, provided by Google, to understand website visits and how visitors find and use its pages. Its Google tag loads automatically on the configured public domain. It may collect page URLs and titles, referrer and campaign information, visit times, interactions enabled in the Analytics property, browser/device characteristics, cookie identifiers, and approximate location derived from connection information processed by Google. The direct integration does not wait for a website consent prompt.
Google Analytics may set first-party analytics cookies such as _ga and _ga_<identifier>. Google receives the associated measurement information, and the developer can view reports through its Analytics property. Data retention, enhanced measurement, and any linked services depend on the actual property settings; these settings must be reviewed by the property owner. See Google’s Privacy Policy, how Google uses information from partner sites, and the cookie policy.
The supplied website code does not provide visitor accounts, a newsletter, advertising placements, or automatic video/social embeds. Fonts and artwork are served from the same website. The support email helper processes what you type in your browser memory and opens your email application; it does not submit the message or its form fields to this website’s server.
Loading the website also sends connection information to the hosting infrastructure. A hosting provider may handle IP addresses, requested URLs, request times, browser headers, and security or error logs to deliver pages, prevent abuse, and diagnose faults.
Hosting provider: Developer review required — choose and identify the actual host before publication.
Log retention: Developer review required — confirm provider settings and retention.
3. Contact and support messages
If you email us, the message may contain your name, email address, game and device details, and any attachments you choose to send. This information is used to respond to the inquiry, investigate issues, or address privacy requests. Do not send passwords, payment card information, or unredacted sensitive material.
Messages pass through your chosen email service and the developer’s email service. No email address is sold or added to a marketing list by the supplied website code.
Email provider: Developer review required.
Correspondence retention: Developer review required — define an appropriate schedule and deletion process before publication.
4. Third-party services, sharing, and payments
The site does not process purchases or payment information. Google receives website measurement information through Google Analytics. Technical connection information is also processed by the actual hosting service; correspondence is processed by the email services involved. Following Discord, X, or other external links opens those services, whose own terms and privacy practices apply. Update these disclosures if advertising, payments, or other services are added.
Information may also need to be disclosed in response to a valid legal obligation. The recipient, necessity, and applicable safeguards depend on the circumstances; this draft does not claim unrestricted sharing or universal legal compliance.
5. Security
The website is designed for HTTPS delivery, restricts browser resource loading with a Content Security Policy, and avoids storing contact submissions on its server. Operational security also depends on host configuration, software updates, and access controls. No transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
6. Game-specific policies
Website practices do not determine what an Android game or its SDKs do. Read the policy for the specific game and build.
- Medieval Sky: The Crimson Arrival privacy policy
- The Flying Siege: Da Vinci's Flying Machine privacy policy
- Fedayeen: The Last Stronghold privacy policy
7. Children’s privacy
This website provides game and studio information and does not provide accounts or a submission form. Game age audiences are determined separately. The intended audience and handling of messages from children must be confirmed before publication. If you believe a child has sent personal information, contact the address below.
8. Retention, deletion, international users, and rights
Hosting and email providers may process information in other countries. Their actual locations, safeguards, and applicable legal grounds must be documented after services are selected. Depending on where you live and the processing involved, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or withdrawal of consent where consent is used.
Email a request describing the information or correspondence concerned. Identity may need to be checked in a proportionate way. Applicable exceptions, legal obligations, and provider controls can affect what can be deleted. The developer must confirm the operational request process and any applicable response periods before approving this draft.
9. Updates
Material changes to the website’s practices should be reflected here with a new last-updated date and, where necessary, additional notice. An effective date will be set when the developer approves the completed policy.
