1. Developer and application covered

This document concerns Medieval Sky: The Crimson Arrival, a game from Etherborne Studios, the development brand of an individual developer using a personal Google Play developer account. It does not describe every Etherborne project or future build.

Developer review required: confirm the publisher’s legal identity before approving this policy. Android package: com.medievalsky.game.

2. Information collected

No automatic transmission of personal information, advertising identifiers, analytics events, or crash reports was identified in the inspected game source and Android release artifacts. This describes the inspected development build only, not future releases or separate Google Play services.

3. How information is handled

The inspected source stores settings, campaign progress, aircraft unlocks, scores, and flight records in the app’s local storage. Flight records include a randomly generated run identifier; this is not an Android advertising or hardware identifier. No upload path for these records was identified.

4. Purposes

In the inspected Medieval Sky build, local progress and settings support gameplay continuity, preferences, unlocks, and flight records. This statement does not establish the practices of an unbuilt concept or any future feature. Support correspondence is used to answer the question or investigate the problem you report.

5. Third-party services and SDKs

The inspected files identify these runtime components:

  • Godot Engine
  • AndroidX / Kotlin runtime libraries

No advertising, analytics, or crash-reporting SDK was identified in the inspected source, local Android libraries, manifest, and packaged class-name scan. This is a static inspection, not a claim that every possible behavior has been measured. Confirm the exact release dependency graph and network behavior.

Google Play distribution and any services independently supplied by Google have their own privacy practices. See Google’s Privacy Policy. Distribution through Google Play does not by itself establish that the game uses advertising, analytics, or Google Play Billing.

6. Advertising and analytics

No advertising or analytics integration was identified in the inspected build. If either is enabled, disclose the actual providers, data, purposes, consent or choice controls, and sharing before release.

7. Purchases and payment processing

Purchase-related code exists but is not operational in the inspected build: no BillingClient plugin was identified, the verification endpoint and session credential are empty, and purchasing is gated on those requirements. If enabled later, the code would send a purchase token, product identifiers, and package name to an authenticated HTTPS verification service. The provider, purpose, retention, and deletion process must be reviewed before enabling it.

8. Sharing and disclosure

No external upload of local game records or game data sharing path was identified in the inspected build. Voluntary support messages are processed separately through the email services used by you and the developer. This finding does not describe Google Play’s independent distribution services or a future purchase-verification service.

Information held in support correspondence may need to be disclosed where a valid legal obligation requires it. Review the operational details in the website privacy policy.

9. Retention

The inspected game retains local progress and settings on the device until the app’s storage is cleared or the app is removed. No remote game database was identified. Any support correspondence is handled separately; the support provider and retention schedule remain to be confirmed.

10. Deletion

Local progress and settings can be removed through Android Settings → Apps → Medieval Sky → Storage → Clear storage. This resets local game progress. Uninstalling removes the app’s local data under normal Android behavior. Confirm behavior on the target release and devices; this does not delete records independently held by Google Play or a support email provider.

For support correspondence or privacy requests, email hello@etherbornestudios.com. The email provider, retention rules, identity-check process, and international handling must be confirmed before publication.

11. Security

Local app data is subject to Android’s app storage controls. The inspected purchase-verification code requires an HTTPS URL before it can operate; this does not verify the security of any future service. Practical security also depends on device configuration, the final build, and operational controls. No absolute security guarantee is made.

12. Children’s privacy

Developer review required: the intended age audience and applicable children’s data practices have not been confirmed. Set the target audience, review any SDK restrictions, and document parental or deletion processes where required before approving this policy.

13. International users and rights

Privacy rights and available remedies depend on your location and the actual processing. Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or withdrawal of consent where consent is relied upon. Contact the developer with your request. Local-only records normally remain under your device’s controls; the developer cannot retrieve records that have not been transmitted.

Developer review required: identify applicable legal grounds, service locations, international safeguards, response procedures, and any supervisory authority information relevant to the actual release and developer.

14. Changes

Re-audit this policy whenever the release adds SDKs, purchases, accounts, online features, analytics, advertisements, or other processing. The last-updated date and build scope identify the current review. The effective date remains pending until the completed policy is approved.
