Where can I download Medieval Sky: The Crimson Arrival?
A public Google Play listing has not been announced. Use only links supplied on the official game page or through a test invitation you received from the developer.
Which devices are supported?
The inspected Android development build targets Android 7.0 or newer and requires OpenGL ES 3.0. These are build requirements, not a performance guarantee. Final compatibility will be shown on Google Play when the game is available.
The game crashes or will not start. What should I do?
Restart the game and your device, check available storage, and install any update provided through your official testing or distribution channel. If it persists, send the device model, Android version, game version, and reproduction steps.
Can I recover progress after clearing app data?
The inspected build keeps progress on the device. Clearing app storage removes those local saves. Do not clear storage or uninstall as an initial troubleshooting step if you want to preserve your progress. No cloud-save service was identified in the inspected build.
Why are purchases unavailable?
Live billing is not configured in the inspected development build. A shop screen or reference price does not mean a real purchase can be made. If you have a transaction concern, send only a redacted order reference; never send full payment details.
How do I report a bug?

How can I ask about my data?
Read the game-specific privacy policy and email the privacy contact for questions about support correspondence or deletion requests. Local game storage can be cleared in Android settings; this resets local progress.
